Coats Jewelers has served Southeast Texas since 1932. What started as one family's commitment to honest work and fair prices has grown into three hometown showrooms, still owned and run by the same family four generations later.

Coats Jewelers opened its doors in 1932 with a simple promise: treat every customer like family. Nearly a century later, that promise is still what guides us.

Our History
Dive into Our Past

Cleveland Jewelers Inc. was founded in 1932 and has been passed down through four generations of the Coats family ever since. Today, Bobby Coats carries on that legacy, growing from a single storefront into three showrooms across Cleveland, Liberty, and Silsbee, while holding onto the same hands-on, relationship-first approach the store was built on.

What hasn't changed is our commitment to real craftsmanship and honest service. We still do our own custom design and repair work in-house, still stand behind every piece we sell, and still believe the best way to grow a jewelry store is one relationship at a time.
